Well I don't have my own blog, so I'll just leave a comment on yours.
Sunday I finished my goal of running 100 miles in 8 weeks. While that is nowhere near as intense as your "get buff" pursuit, with my knee and mental block of running and 55+ hour work week and studying for the CPA, that was good for me. And when my alarm would ring at 5:45 am (the only time I have to run: before work), I would hear Em's voice in my head, getting me out of bed and on the running trail. And I did it!
This morning I met a friend from work at her gym (she has some free guest passes for July) for an hour step/lift class. OMG it was killer. And all I can think of is, Saturday I will hop a plane to Spokane for five days of living in Em's world. I am pumped, and I will try to keep up, but I will probably need more than one day of rest after this adventure!!!
GET IT GURL, you're only getting stronger, hotter, and happier!! YEAH ENDORPHINS!! :) All my love and support... I can't wait to see you on SATURDAY!!
I LOVE MY BESTIE!!!!!! WO-WO-WO-WOZZERS KOKS, 100 MILES--UNNNBELIEVABLE, WHAT A FEAT, BUM KNEE & ALL, EH??
WE'RE GONNA HAVE A BLASTY-BLAST, C U SOON!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. I SWEAR GENE ASKED ME IF "KO-KO" WAS EXCITED. LMAO!!! HE SAYS HE SAID "KOKS" BUT I THINK YOU'RE OFFICIALLY "KO-KO" :-)
